This is our non-conformist take on the Belgian Ales traditionally brewed by the Trappist Monks. With Notes of Caramel & toast this is a Big Beer brewed with roasted malts, aged hops, English treacle, Curacao orange, Goan coconut jaggery & matured with oak chips. Label art by Dan Botlek.
Breakfast cereal stout
A wake up call for the senses this is a session strength Milk Stout brewed with an abundance of Breakfast Cereal, Oats, Milk sugar and matured on single estate cacao nibs.
Our second release, Pineapple Saison is a farm-to-bottle Farmhouse-style Saison brewed with locally sourced aromatic Pineapples and Passionfruit. The label art expresses the eclectic and whimsical style of the beer that the bottle holds, Label art by Tania Singh (@thedoodlemafia on Instagram).
Fermented with our house propagated yeast this Wheat Ale combines crisp wheat with the bold citrus of Bitter Orange Puree and Calamansi. A touch of hand toasted coriander gives the beer its spice, this utterly refreshing beer is brewed for the hot Goan Summer, Label art by Jena (@studioakaar on Instagram).
Eight finger eddie
Eight Finger Eddie is an ode to the hippie movement of the 1960s and the free spiritedness that’s reminiscent of that era. Our first non-conformist brew is a double dry-hopped oat cream IPA. Extensively dry hopped with three new world hops, which give this beer it is distinct tropical note. Hoppy, hazy and heady, we are pretty stoked about this one! Label art by Animal.
